Welcome to Your Paradise Life ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). Your Paradise Life is a trading name of Event Management Ltd., an ordinary resident company registered in the Cayman Islands. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.yourparadiselife.com ("Website") and our life coaching services ("Services"). By using the Website or Services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website and Services.
1. Definitions
Company: Refers to Event Management Ltd., trading as Your Paradise Life, a life coaching business registered in the Cayman Islands.
Client: Any individual or entity using or purchasing Services through our Website.
Services: Life coaching offerings provided by Your Paradise Life, including one-on-one coaching, group sessions, courses, and related materials.
Website: The domain www.yourparadiselife.com and all subpages.
2. Services
Your Paradise Life offers life coaching services to support personal growth, wellness, and transformation. These Services do not include psychotherapy, medical advice, legal counsel, or financial planning. Coaching outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on the individual’s engagement and circumstances.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older, or the legal age of majority in your location, to use our Services. By accessing our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Payments and Refunds
All fees are listed in KYD and are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations
Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel, you will receive a refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.
6. Confidentiality
We value your privacy. All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed unless:
Required by law;
There is an imminent risk of harm to you or others;
You provide written consent.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, including but not limited to guides, PDFs, videos, worksheets, and website content, are the intellectual property of Your Paradise Life unless otherwise stated.
Clients are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use materials for their own self-development. You may not share, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Paradise Life disclaims liability for:
Indirect or consequential damages;
Loss of income, business opportunities, or anticipated benefits;
Reliance on coaching advice for professional decisions;
Technical interruptions beyond our control.
Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to pursue mediation in good faith before resorting to litigation.
If a legal proceeding is necessary, it shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the Cayman Islands.
10. International Use
Your Paradise Life serves clients globally. Clients are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local laws, taxes, and regulatory requirements in their jurisdiction when accessing or purchasing Services.
We make no guarantee that our Services are available or appropriate for use in all locations.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. When we make material changes, we will notify users by:
Posting the revised Terms on this Website; and/or
Sending an email to existing Clients (where applicable).
By continuing to use the Website or Services after updates, you accept the revised Terms.
