This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Your Paradise Life, a trading name of Event Management Ltd., an ordinary resident company registered in the Cayman Islands. Our goal is to ensure satisfaction while maintaining fairness and clarity in our business dealings.
1. Coaching Sessions and Programs
All purchases of coaching sessions (individual or package) and coaching programs are subject to the following terms:
Refunds are only available if cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session or start of a program.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
Missed sessions without notice are forfeited and non-refundable.
2. Digital Products and Downloads
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products (e.g., eBooks, PDFs, worksheets, pre-recorded courses) are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3. Group Programs or Workshops
Refunds for group programs or workshops will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Full refunds may be issued if:
The program is cancelled by Your Paradise Life
You withdraw with written notice at least 7 days before the program start date
No refunds will be issued once the program has commenced.
4. Subscriptions or Memberships
If Your Paradise Life offers subscription-based services:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

Include your full name, the service purchased, and the reason for your refund request. All refund requests must be submitted in writing, which does not include text or other types of instant messaging services such as WhatsApp.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, violation of our Terms and Conditions, or misuse of our Services.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
